Standard Cost Change/Classified Parts Report - Purpose

The Standard Cost Change/Classified Parts Report program (IA550E) generates the Standard Cost Change/Classified Parts Variance Detail by Account report (IA550A). This report reflects the standard cost changes to inventory parts since the last accounting period close by reporting variance amounts for each part number. The standard cost change variances are accumulated by account/center, location, company, and grand total. The Standard Cost Change/Classified Parts Variance Report Request Exceptions report (IA550B) prints an error message for any exceptions that occur during processing.
