Responsibility Report Title File Mass Maintenance - Purpose

The Responsibility Report Title File Mass Maintenance program (GL400P) validates the mass maintenance parameters passed to it by the Responsibility Report Title File Maintenance program (GL400E), and then either creates title records or changes title records depending on the request.
