General Ledger Drill Down Inquiry - Purpose

The General Ledger Drill Down Inquiry program (GL180E) allows you to inquire into the chart of accounts based on selective criteria entered on the function select screen. You may then select each listed account so that all transactions for that account are displayed, as well as the transactions and the originating journal. If the selected journal is from Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable, and if the transaction was posted in detail, the originating document will be displayed. If the transaction was posted in summary, all journals for that account will be displayed.
