Budget Distribution - Purpose
GL810P
The Budget Distribution program (GL810P) validates all the allocation specification records for the allocation or cycle specified, produces the Budget Allocation Distribution Transaction Audit Trail (GL810), and when valid updates the Budget Master file (GLBDGTL) with the impact of the allocation. Invalid allocations will be printed with the appropriate error messages. Valid allocations will be printed with an audit trail of each accumulation calculation and distribution performed. Intercompany allocations are not allowed in a multi-currency environment and will cause an error if requested.
