Open Item Data Base Audit Report - Purpose

The Open Item Data Base Audit Report program (AP640E) checks for discrepancies between an open item header and its associated application lines. The program can be run to report the errors that exist or it can be run to report and fix the errors. The type of run that will be performed is determined by Reference File category 207, Purge Dates/Audit report.
