Shipping and Billing
The Order Processing application provides flexible options for shipping and billing customer orders. Shipping and billing are based on order shipments that are created from sales order lines. Once created, order shipments can be mass-shipped and/or billed using the Shipping Workbench, or a single shipment can be shipped and billed with one transaction using the Open Order Shipping/Billing conversation. With each option, shipping documents can be generated and you can choose how and when shipments are invoiced.
