Load Planning

The Order Processing module provides a load planning function that allows you to assign order shipments to loads for delivery to customers.  Load planning enables you to set up loads that have specific shipping parameters such as carrier, shipping method, route, and destination and then match the destination of order shipments to the shipping parameters.  Load planning gives you complete visibility over planned ship dates and destinations.  You can plan loads based on traffic schedules or on orders as they are received for a particular day.
