This structured, time-efficient process will help your management team evaluate the potential value BuyDesign can bring to your organization and outline the steps to achieve your objectives.
TDCI’s Opportunity Assessment service will lead you through the following steps:
- Evaluation of your current configuration and/or selling processes and tools – including their strengths and weaknesses.
- Review or formulation of specific goals for improvement.
- Development of a basic vision of how BuyDesign would be utilized to achieve those goals.
- Identification of the potential value of the new approach in terms of:
- Reduced costs (e.g. sales engineering & customer service time, product update distribution, sales training, returns & rework, IT support)
- Increased sales (e.g. increased sales rep quote rate, higher win rate, increased order size)
- Other quantifiable goals (e.g. expand dealer network, launch new product line)
- Outline of the steps required to move from the current approach to the new approach, including:
- Software components
- Integration with existing systems
- Product model development
- Deployment
The assessment steps and deliverables will be clearly outlined in advance, and the entire process will be led by an experienced TDCI senior consultant. Outputs will be clear and actionable.
