Perspectives 2011 held September 12-14 in Columbus, Ohio was the largest TDCI Customer Forum ever, with over twice as many attendees as last year's conference. Including users of TDCI's BuyDesign and MAC-PAC XE™ software and others, the conference attracted nearly 200 people from 70 companies.

Conference attendees gathered from across the United States, Canada, and as far away as Australia, and included representatives from companies that manufacture and sell a wide range of industrial equipment, building products, boats and yachts, packaging, signage, technology products, and more.
In addition to companies using TDCI’s MAC-PAC XE ERP system, companies attending use BuyDesign with a wide range of ERP and CRM systems including Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV, GP, and CRM; Infor10 ERP SyteLine, XA, and SXe; Oracle; Friedman Frontier; JD Edwards, Agility; and others.
Agenda highlights included:
- TDCI’s vision and industry recognition presented by Rhonda DeMuth, TDCI CEO
- A keynote “fireside chat” with Bob Irwin, successful entrepreneur, CEO of MaxID, and former CEO of Sterling Commerce
- An exciting BuyDesign product direction update, including a live prototype demo of BuyDesign on the iPad 2 delivered by Dinesh Dhamija
- A comprehensive “Day in the Life of MAC-PAC XE” program that illustrated the inter-relationships of all a company’s activities from order to delivery and accounting.
- Concurrent BuyDesign Business and Technical tracks, including presentations, user panels, and interactive input sessions
- A large Solution Center featuring third party solution providers as well as BuyDesign and MAC-PAC XE “meet the expert” stations
- A welcome reception, dinner event, extended lunches and other networking activities designed to foster extensive attendee interaction
