ERICO, Inc., a MAC -PAC user since 1995, has recently signed a MAC -PAC XE Maintenance and Support Agreement with TDCI. Even though ERICO has remained an active MAC -PAC XE user, the company had been off maintenance since Andersen Consulting turned support over to TDCI in 1998.
