System will Replace Friedman Software at Recently Acquired Company

Ruskin Company (Ruskin) is extending its use of MAC-PAC XE to the manufacturing facilities of recently acquired Reliable Louvers in Geneva, Alabama. MAC-PAC XE will replace an outdated version of the HFA software product from Friedman Corporation. TDCI will provide implementation services for the project, working closely with people from other Ruskin sites as well as the Geneva site. MAC-PAC XE is Ruskin's corporate standard ERP system in use at headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri, as well as multiple manufacturing locations around the country.

"MAC-PAC XE has provided Ruskin with a solid, dependable enterprise management system, so it makes a lot of sense to move new facilities into the common framework," stated Joe Lewis, Ruskin CIO. "This project will also lay the foundation for further consolidation and standardization around MAC-PAC XE in the future."

The Geneva site will implement its own instance of MAC-PAC XE for local operations, integrated with MAC-PAC XE financials running at corporate.
