TDCI Announces Product Management and Marketing Function
Mike Wilson Named as Director

February 2,2004. As part of TDCI's transition from a consulting and services firm to a software developer and solution provider, TDCI President Dan DeMuth has named Mike Wilson to the newly created position of Director of Product Management and Product Marketing. In this role, Mr. Wilson will be responsible for product planning and product marketing for all TDCI product lines, including the MAC-PAC ® XE™ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, the TDCI Integration Server™ Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solution, and the BuyDesign ™ Product Customization Management (PCM) solution to be formally launched later in 2004. He will continue to be responsible for corporate marketing as well.

“All three of our product lines have great potential over the coming years and an increased focus on product management and product marketing is key to realizing that potential,” stated Dan Demuth. “We've asked Mike Wilson to take on this important role because of his combination of sales and management experience, and his success working with both customers and our software engineering group to formulate solutions.”

Mike Wilson added: “I'm excited about the opportunity to help fuel TDCI's continued growth through market-driven development of our software products. Our goal in establishing a more structured product management function is to consistently deliver solutions that satisfy important customer needs, and to communicate the value of those solutions to a wider range of companies.”

Mr. Wilson has been with TDCI since 1995. Over the past several years, he has held director positions for TDCI's e-business practice and for sales and marketing. In these roles, he has already been helping to define market requirements for TDCI's expanding EAI and PCM solutions.
