Cooper Energy Services and Cooper Turbocompressor Select
TDCI's SAP_EXPRESS for SAP R/3 Data Migration

Columbus, Ohio - February 11th, 2002. The Cooper Energy Services (CES) and Cooper Turbocompressor (CTC) divisions of Cooper Cameron Corporation have selected TDCI to provide data migration services as part of a project to implement the SAP R/3 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

TDCI will use its SAP_EXPRESS data migration methodology and supporting toolset to help move CES and CTC manufacturing, sales, and service sites from their current information systems environments to the new SAP applications. The project has an aggressive implementation schedule, with data conversion for all sites targeted to be complete by the fall of this year. The sites currently use several different software systems, including PRMS, SyteLine, MAC-PAC, and an in-house developed mainframe system.

Roland Etcheverry Ph. D., Vice President of Information Technology for both CES and CTC, stated: "We selected TDCI to assist with our SAP implementation because their SAP_EXPRESS methodology and toolset will significantly speed the data migration process. Their knowledge of the systems we are replacing as well as their knowledge of SAP will also be valuable in helping our sites make the transition smoothly."

Cooper Cameron Corporation is an established market leader in oil and gas and industrial equipment and services, with annual sales of approximately $1.2 billion. Sites migrating to SAP using TDCI's SAP_EXPRESS are located in Texas, New York, Oklahoma, and Kansas with a data center located in Ohio.
