SOA Development Tools & Services

Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), where application integration is facilitated via Internet communications standards, promises to help companies become more agile in their ability to evolve their information systems to meet changing business needs. Web Services are a key enabler for SOA. In order to help companies incorporate MAC-PAC XE within their SOA, TDCI has developed Web Services development tools that utilize XML and Microsoft Web Service Enhancements (WSE) technologies to simplify the process of exposing MAC-PAC XE data and functions for use by other applications in the form of Web Services.

Following industry standards, these tools provide:

  • Internet communications and security functions needed as the ‘front end’ of a Web Service
  • Examples of how to invoke or build MAC-PAC XE functions to provide the actual service

TDCI professionals can also provide assistance or turnkey Web Services development services if desired.
