Reminder – MAC-PAC XE™ User-to-User Enhancement Sharing Now Available
|
At this year’s TDCI Customer Forum, there were many ‘hallway conversations’ among MAC-PAC XE users talking about enhancements or extensions they have developed that provide their companies with great benefit – a new report or query, an innovative BPM process, a simple modification, a small subsystem to address a specific need. Just about every company in the MAC-PAC XE user community has something that would be useful to others. But, beyond bumping into each other at the annual user conference, how do companies let others know about things they are willing to share, or find out what others have done? Well… there is an easy way to do just that. It’s called the ‘Enhancement Sharing’ section of the MAC-PAC XE web site. This user-to-user communication capability provides an easy way for MAC-PAC XE users to share enhancements with each other, thus making a potentially large number of new capabilities available to the entire MAC-PAC XE user community at no cost. Located in the Online Support section of the site, the new Enhancement Sharing service provides an area where MAC-PAC XE users can:
Information about each enhancement includes:
Your Community Needs You! This sharing capability can only reach its potential if people like YOU take a little time to post enhancements you are willing to share. The more items posted, the more people will visit to find solutions. And the more value everyone gets from it, the more they will want to ‘give back’ to the community and post more solutions. As the list grows, the more likely it is that someone will offer to share just the enhancement you’ve been looking for. So help make this valuable user-to-user sharing capability a success by posting a few of your own enhancements today. The more companies share, the more valuable it will become to the entire MAC-PAC XE community – including your company. Just go to www.tdci.com/macpac, click ‘support login’, enter your user ID and password, and click the link to the new Enhancement Sharing section on the main support page. If you don’t have a user ID, contact Shelley Horn at shorn@tdci.com or 614-781-2325 x119. Check it out today! ### |
