As the authorized Product Support Organization for MAC-PAC XE, TDCI offers a comprehensive Maintenance and Support Service.

Support is available by phone or on-line for MAC-PAC XE users currently on the TDCI MAC-PAC XE maintenance program. On-line Support is available 24 hours a day. Support Services available on-line include:

  • Software Fixes: View a list of software fixes and release notes available for MAC-PAC XE releases. Search by program, PCA, date, severity, or keyword.

  • Enhancements: View a list of enhancements available for MAC-PAC XE.

  • Helpful Hints: Check out a listing of hints compiled by MAC-PAC XE support experts. Search over 2000 entries for answers to your functional and technical questions.

  • User Discussion: Initiate or participate in on-line discussions with other MAC-PAC XE users.

  • Software Problem Report (SPR): On line problem report form.
