July 2011 - Companies using MAC-PAC XE routinely take advantage of TDCI’s experienced MAC-PAC consultants and technicians to help with training, usage assessments, and software customizations.  Three recent examples include:

• TitanX, a global manufacturer of diesel engine cooling solutions with U.S. operations in Jamestown, New York, used TDCI for MAC-PAC XE technical training performed at TDCI headquarters.
• Fusite, a division of Emerson Electric that manufactures hermetic seals and related products for air conditioning and appliance compressors, used TDCI consultants to lead an on-site usage assessment and make recommendations for how they can more fully utilize MAC-PAC XE within their operations.
• APEX Tool Group, manufacturer of over 30 leading brands of industrial, commercial, and do-it-yourself tools such as Crescent, GearWrench, Armstrong, and Weller, contracted with TDCI to develop MAC-PAC XE extensions for custom pricing.      

“Even though we’ve used MAC-PAC for many years, we still knew we would benefit from a ‘refresher course’ on technical issues,” said Larry Straight at TitanX.  “TDCI was the obvious choice for doing that, and we’ve been able to take good advantage of the knowledge they were able to share with us.”
