MAC-PAC XE Priority Manager
Now available directly from TDCI on a low cost subscription
basis, MAC-PAC XE Priority Manager (Priority Manager) is
a demand-driven priority management system that can be quickly
deployed using the data already residing in MAC-PAC XE.
Based on the concept of Rapid Priority Management ( RPM )
and winner of the 2003 APICS Award for Innovation, Priority
Manager helps manufacturers develop and execute demand-driven
production schedules that effectively pull the right material
through the factory and supply chain to ensure on-time shipment
of customer orders. It helps production and materials personnel
achieve this by providing them with better information for
decision-making and more time for communication.
Priority Manager delivers a series of queries, reports, and
processes that use data already existing within MAC-PAC XE
to provide:
- Clear Visibility of True Priorities
- Pull-based Scheduling Support
- Simulation and Analysis
Priority Manager is an expanded version of the OTTO product
from Systems Plus that is already in use by a number of MAC-PAC XE users. TDCI has acquired licensing rights to the product
and is now making it available through an affordable annual
subscription for customers with an active maintenance and
support agreement.
