BuyDesign® provides powerful distributed applications for use by professional designers during the "front end" of your sales process - that is, the selection and specification of your products at initial design time. Making it easy for an architect or designer to specify your products as part of the design they present to the end customer greatly increases your chances of making the sale.

BuyDesign requirements capture applications are designed to:

• Focus on the needs of a particular type of "specifier" such as an architect, layout specialist, or product engineer.
• Provide a catalog of your products within a familiar design application, and make it easy for the designer to select and partially configure particular products.
• Produce an electronic RFQ that can be printed or imported directly into BuyDesign Channel Sales and/or BuyDesign Storefront to accelerate the quoting and ordering process.
