The goal of the Management Team at TDCI is
to ensure our clients receive a practical, efficient solution to their business
problems, and to create an atmosphere of professional respect and growth that
lets us recruit, retain, and develop the best consultants.
Rhonda J. DeMuth, Chairman & CEO
Rhonda's focus as head of the management
team is on implementing the vision and
business strategies that set TDCI apart
from the competition. Rhonda joined TDCI
in 1993 to direct and develop TDCI's expanding
Technology Services practice. In 1997
she became the company's President, and
after naming Daniel DeMuth as President
and Chief Operating Officer in 2002 she
continues to function as CEO and Chairman
of the Board for TDCI. Rhonda's credentials
include more than twenty-five years of
experience in manufacturing, distribution,
utilities and financial applications.
In 1999, Rhonda was named as a finalist for Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur
of the Year Award. In 2000, the Industry and Technology Council of
Central Ohio honored her as Executive of the Year and the Columbus
Chamber of Commerce awarded her Small Business Person of the Year.

Dan DeMuth, President & COO
As TDCI’s President and Chief Operating Officer,
Dan DeMuth's primary focus is the day-to-day management
of TDCI's operations and to lead the company's strategic
efforts for expansion into new focused markets. Dan brings
over 30 years business experience combining manufacturing,
engineering, software, and sales management.
Prior to joining TDCI, he co-founded Agility Corporation, a leading
provider of innovative software solutions to support the ‘sales
to manufacturing’ cycle. TDCI acquired Agility Corporation in
2001. Prior to founding Agility, Dan was an executive with Andersen
Consulting, leading their MAC-PAC Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
central region software sales and services group.

Dinesh Dhamija, Ph.D., CEI, CEM, Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice-President
Dinesh is responsible for setting TDCI’s product and technology direction, defining long term company strategy, coordinating strategy execution, and developing strategic customer, partner, and analyst relationships. He is also responsible for the product management, quality assurance, and information technology functions.
Prior to joining TDCI, Dinesh was a faculty member and applied researcher in the Russ College of Engineering & Technology at Ohio University for 12 years. His areas of expertise were Computer Integrated Manufacturing, product design, and automation technologies.
Dinesh was also the recipient of the 2000 Sargent Americanism Award from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) for developing significant and innovative course work that creates a better understanding of business skills related to Manufacturing among the students in colleges and universities in North America
As an applied researcher and an independent consultant, he worked on projects with several companies including Cooper Industries, GE Aircraft Engines, IBM, SDRC, Hubbell Power Systems, and Andersen Consulting. Dinesh holds bachelors and masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Integrated Engineering from Ohio University.

Dale Hays, Chief Application Officer
and Vice President of Development
As Chief Application Officer (CAO) and Vice President of Development, Dale is responsible for development of core products as well as custom solutions.
Prior to TDCI, Dale was VP of development for Agility
Corporation where he helped pioneer engineering automation
technologies that now provide many of BuyDesign’s
visualization and generation capabilities. |
Ron Eismann , Vice President of Solution
Delivery and Customer Support
As Vice President of Solution Delivery
and Customer Support, Ron Eismann leads
a team responsible for ensuring customer
satisfaction resulting from the successful
implementation and on-going usage of TDCI’s
suite of software products.
Ron brings over 15 years of software implementation experience to
TDCI. Formerly with Accenture, Ron was responsible for the successful
management and implementation of many large-scale software implementations
in the areas of product configuration, engineering, and ERP.

Mike Wilson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mike is responsible
for defining and managing TDCI’s overall sales process.
Mike also manages TDCI's channel partner relationships, corporate
and product marketing, and marketing communications functions,
and is a member of the product steering committee.
In his previous roles as VP of Product Management and Marketing,
Director of TDCI's e-business practice, and sales manager, Mike
has helped to define the strategies to transition TDCI from
a services firm to a software solutions provider.
