This conversation allows you to display detailed cost information for a part. Detailed cost elements are displayed if they exist on the Part Costs file. The selective rollover flags, this-level cost fields, and the average order quantity are also displayed.
The Function Select screen is used to select a part number and a plant for inquiry.
PLANT
Required. Identifies the plant in which maintenance will be performed. The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File Category 409). This field defaults to the plant assigned to your user ID, but may be changed by pressing F17.
PART NUMBER
Required. Enter the part number whose costs you wish to review.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process request.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F9 - Enter the Part Costs Maintenance conversation.
F17 - Change the plant in which the user is currently working.
