The Common Features Calendar File Maintenance/Inquiry Select screen allows you to enter the calendar code and starting date for maintaining/inquiring upon a certain calendar. The calendar can only be changed when users are off the system.
CALENDAR CODE
Required. Enter the calendar code whose calendar you wish to maintain/inquire upon. Valid calendar codes are defined on Reference File category C13.
START DATE
Required. Enter a starting date to determine which month will default on the detail screen to begin maintenance/inquiry. The date will default to today's date.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validate the Calendar Code/Starting Date entered to display the detail screen if valid.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F9 - Enter the Calendar File Maintenance (Inquiry Mode). Enter the Calendar File Inquiry (Maintenance Mode).
