This screen is used to display the operation-to operation and operation-to-order reconciliation totals for an open manufacturing order.  If a master operation has been defined for the order, details are displayed only for the master (associated operations are not displayed).

PLANT

Display only.  Used to identify the plant in which maintenance/inquiry will be done.  The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409).  Defaults to the plant assigned to your user ID.

ORDER NUMBER

Display only.  The manufacturing order entered on the Function Select screen.  Can be a manufacturing order for a manufacturing, build-thru, or transfer part type, or a rework order.

PART NUMBER

Display only.  The part number associated with the manufacturing order currently being displayed.

ORDER QUANTITY

Display only.  The order quantity requested when the order was released or created.

UNIT OF MEASURE

Display only.  The stockkeeping unit of measure for the part number on the manufacturing order.

JOB NUMBER

Display only.  (Displayed only if the Job Control module is installed and if the manufacturing order has been assigned to a job) The job number to which this manufacturing order is assigned.

OPERATION NUMBER

Display only.  The operation step of the labor requirement, generated from the standard routing of the part or manually entered through Labor Requirements Maintenance.

OPERATION LINE

Display only.  Indicates whether this labor requirement step is a primary operation (00) or an activated secondary operation (01 and up).  Alternate labor requirement operations are activated only through Labor Requirements Maintenance.

OPERATION DESCRIPTION

Display only.  The user defined description for the operation number/line number.

QUANTITY COMPLETE

Display only.  The quantity completed at the operation to date.

SCRAP

Display only.  The quantity scrapped at the operation to date.

CUMULATIVE SCRAP

Display only.  The cumulative scrap reported to date for this operation and any previous operations.  Since scrap reported at any operation of a part is charged against the parent part, the cumulative scrap is simply the sum of scrap reported at earlier operations.

OPERATION TO OPERATION RECONCILIATION

Display only.  The difference between the total quantity available for this operation and the quantity complete plus quantity scrapped reported for it.  For example: if operation 010 00 completes 10 pieces and operation 020 00 completes 7 and scraps 2 the operation to operation reconciliation is 1.

OPERATION TO ORDER RECONCILIATION

Display only.  The total of the operation to operation reconciliation fields up and including this operation.

SELECT FIELD

Display only.  Enter an X in this field and press Enter to see detailed information on the operation.
