This screen displays file control information for a master file. It is displayed after you select Inquiry for a file from the System File Support Menu.
DATA BASE ACTIVITY FLAG
Display only. This flag indicates whether or not you can run MAC-PAC. In most cases, this field will be Y for yes. The flag is only set to N if a severe problem occurs while you are recovering data files and the data base is corrupt.
DATA BASE VERSION NUMBER
Display only. This field identifies what version of the MAC-PAC data is being used. It is stored on the Data Base Control File (CT110M) and updated whenever MAC-PAC is used to backup and restore master files. The version of each master file should be the same as the data base version number.
PHYSICAL FILE VERSION NUMBER
Display only. This field identifies what version of the master file is being used. It is stored on the all-nines record of the master file and updated whenever MAC-PAC is used to back up or restore the file. This number should always be the same as the data base version number.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the System File Support Menu.
F3 - Return to the System File Support Menu.
