This screen allows you to request an engineering change order for display. You may request a single engineering change order, all engineering change orders, or only engineering change orders that meet specific selection criteria.
ENGINEERING CHANGE ORDER NUMBER
Optional. Enter the number of the engineering change order you wish to see displayed. To request a list of engineering change orders, enter ALL. If this field is left blank and at least one of the next three fields has been entered (Effectivity Date, Reason Code, or Planner Code), then the Engineering Change Order Number field defaults to ALL. At least one of these four fields must be entered.
EFFECTIVITY DATE
Optional. If you entered an engineering change order number of ALL, you may enter an effectivity date as a selection criterion. Only engineering changes that go into effect on this date will be displayed. This date may be entered with a reason code and/or a planner code.
REASON CODE
Optional. If you entered an engineering change order number of ALL, you may specify a reason code as a selection criterion. Only engineering change orders with this reason code will be displayed. This code may be entered along with an effectivity date and/or a planner code. The reason code must exist on the Reference File.
PLANNER CODE
Optional. If you entered an engineering change order number of ALL, you may specify a planner code as a selection criterion. Only engineering change orders with this planner code will appear on the detail screen. This code may be entered along with an effectivity date and/or a reason code. The planner code must exist on the Reference File.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process request.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F9 - Enter the Engineering Changes Maintenance program.
