This screen is displayed when Request Code 2 - Where Used in Routing - is selected on the Function Select screen.

EFFECTIVITY DATE

Display only.  The data on which the engineering change will take effect.

PLANT

Display only.  Used to identify the plant in which inquiry will be done.  The plant must be valid (not blanks or nines) and the user must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File Category 409).

PART NUMBER

Display only.  Must be a manufactured or transfer part on the Part Master file.  The part number is the item that is manufactured using this routing.  It was entered on the Function Select screen.

OPERATION NUMBER AND LINE

Display only.  The operation number serves as a unique identification of the step and defines the sequence in which the steps are performed within the routing.  A Line Number of '00' indicates a primary operation; a non-zero Line Number indicates an alternate operation.

OPERATION TYPE

Display only.  The standard operation types are:

1 - Standard

2 - Master

3 - Setup only overlap

4 - Run time overlap

5 - Setup and run time overlap

6 - Fixed time no overlap

7 - Fixed time setup only overlap

8 - JIT

WORKCENTER NUMBER

Display only.  The workcenter in which the operation is processed.

ENGINEERING CHANGE ORDER - IN

Display only.  Identifies the ECO that brings an operation into effectivity.  Must be defined on the ECO file.

EFFECTIVITY-IN DATE

Display only.  For IN engineering changes, the first date the operation should appear in the part's routing.  The date is system maintained if Reference File category N38 is 1 or 2.

ENGINEERING CHANGE ORDER - OUT

Display only.  Identifies the engineering change that causes the operation to be removed from the routing.  Must be defined on the ECO file.

EFFECTIVITY-OUT DATE

Display only.  For OUT engineering changes, the date after which the operation should be removed from the part's routing.  The date is system maintained if Reference File category N38 is 1 or 2.

COMMAND KEYS

F2    - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered.  Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen.  When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.

F3    - Exit program and return to menu.

F9    - Initiates Engineering Change Order File Maintenance from inquiry.
