This screen allows you to maintain the DE control record on the System Control File.
REQUEST CODE
Required. Enter the number (1-2) corresponding to the information you want to maintain.
1 - The Company Name printed on reports and displayed on screens.
2 - The Design Engineering fields on the System Control File (CT100M). These fields are Design Engineering Print Option and the Manufacturing Engineering Print Option, which determine what transactions will be included on the respective transaction registers.
If you select option 1 (Company Name), a field is displayed at the bottom of the screen so you can enter the name or change the current name. Type the new name and press ENTER.
COMPANY NAME
This field is displayed if you enter 1 in the Request Code field. It allows you to specify the name of the highest reporting level in the system. This name is printed on reports throughout MAC-PAC.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Update File.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Return to the System Support Menu.
