This screen allows you to request the Container Situation Report, which provides information about the status and location of a container. You can request this report with the following options:
Sorted by container owner or container holder,
For a specific container or all containers,
For a specific container owner or all container owners, or
For a specific container holder or all container holders
You may only request this report if container management is used (Reference File category N18 is set up).
COMPANY
Required. Code identifying the company for which the report is to be printed. Press F17 to specify a new company code.
OWNER FLAG
Optional. Code used to indicate whether the value in the owner field is a plant (1), customer (2), or a vendor (3). This field is only applicable if container management is used (Reference File category N18 is set up).
OWNER CODE
Optional. Enter the code identifying the container owner for which you are requesting the Container Situation Report. If container management is used (Reference File category N18 is set up), this must be a valid plant, vendor, or customer, depending on the value of the owner flag field.
EXTERNAL CONTAINER CODE
Optional. Enter the external container code of the container for which you are requesting the Container Situation Report. This code must exist on the Container Master File and must not be all nines. To request the Container Situation Report for all external containers, leave this field blank.
HOLDER FLAG
Optional. Code indicating whether the value in the holder field is a plant (1), customer (2), or vendor (3). This field is only applicable if container management is used (Reference File category N18 is set up).
HOLDER CODE
Optional. Enter the code identifying the container holder for which you are requesting the Container Situation Report. If container management is used (Reference File category N18 is set up), this must be a valid plant, vendor, or customer, depending on the value of the holder flag field.
REQUESTOR
Optional. The requester is the person requesting the Container Situation Report. This field is user-defined.
REQUEST CODE
Code indicating the type of report you would like printed. Valid values are:
1 - Print the Container Situation Report by container owner
2 - Print the Container Situation Report by container holder
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validates the information entered and submits the report request.
F2 - Displays a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exits program.
F4 - Displays a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F16 - Allows you to change the output location.
F17 - Allows you to change the company code for which the report is to be printed.
