This screen is used as a menu to specify the report that you wish to request.  For each selection, a detail screen will be displayed listing additional report options.

This screen is displayed in two modes:  in standard input mode when the report request is called from the application menu and in display only mode when called from the transaction review option.  When in display only mode, you may only delete the request.

PLANT

Required.  Used to identify the plant where the workcenters exist.  The plant must be valid (not blanks or nines) and the user must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409).  Defaults to the plant are assigned to the user ID, but may be changed by pressing F17.

REQUEST CODE

Required.  Must be one of the options (1-3) as described below.

1 - Bill of Material allows you to request multiple level bills of material, in explosion or where-used sequence, for individual parts.  The product structures may be exploded based on a selected 'order' quantity.

2 - Reference Bill and Routing allows you to request single-level bills of material and/or routings for selected parts or for all parts.

3 - Pending Engineering Change allows you to request a listing of all scheduled engineering changes.

COMMAND KEYS

Enter - Display detail screen.

F2    - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered.  Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen.  When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.

F4    - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned.  If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.

F9    - Enter the Transaction Review program to review and delete report requests.

F17   - Used to change the plant in which the user is currently working.
