Purpose

The Reference Bill of Material report provides a current single-level list of component subassemblies and parts required to manufacture the parent part. At user option, all components or only components in effect on a specified date are listed. The report is printed after the user requests the reference bill and routing reports from the Design Engineering Retrieval Request Screen. The report is routed to the printer selected at the time of request.

The following bill of material reports are available:

· All Bills of Material

· Bills of Material with Product Structure Changes

· Selected Bills of Material

A warning message is printed if any one of the bill of material components has a batch quantity different from the parent part.

Routing reports can also be requested. Samples
of these reports are included in the Manufacturing Engineering User Manual.

Report Sequence

Sequence Number within Parent Part Number.
