Replanning

Replanning is signaled by two types of changes:

·     Changes to inventory information (defined on the Control and Productivity screens of the Part Master Maintenance conversation).

·     Changes to planning-related information (defined on the Planning screen of the Part Master Maintenance conversation).

In addition, the replanning flag is set to "yes" if the actual scrap for an item exceeds the planned scrap.

When the replanning flag is on, Requirements Planning will include the part in the next net change requirements generation.  (Note that the part will automatically be included in a full regeneration--since all parts are replanned).
