This screen allows you to the extract and/or one or two reports at the same time or separately. If the extraction is requested (option 2 or 3), then it is performed from the Inventory Control Audit Trails. All transactions which have not been extracted yet are all eligible for the extraction. The options for month/year, mode, and acquisition/dispatches/both will be used for the report request only.
OPTION
Required. This field allows you to specify the type of request. Valid values are:
1 - Request for SSD and/or ESL report.
2 - Request for extract of data needed on SSD and/or ESL report.
3 - Request for extract and ESL and/or SSD report.
EUROPEAN COMMUNITY SALES LIST
Optional. The ESL extract or report can be requested by entering an ‘X’ in this field. When you want to only request an SSD report, this field should be left blank.
SUPPLEMENTARY STATISTICAL DECLARATION
Optional. The SSD extract or report can be requested by entering an ‘X’ in this field. When you want to only request an ESL report, this field should be left blank.
COMPANY/LOCATION
Required if reports are requested. The company/location for which you want to extract ESL or SSD records or print ESL and/or SSD reports. For the ESL or SSD extract, if the company/location is left blank, all records (regardless of the company/location) will be processed. The company/location must be valid on Reference File category 002.
SSD MONTH/YEAR
Required if reports are requested. Only movements within the entered period will be printed on the SSD report. If entered, these fields must be valid. If the report mode is ‘R’ (reprint), then the SSD month/year must be less than or equal to the last SSD month/year specified on Reference File category M08. If the report mode is ‘F’ (final) or ‘D’ (draft), then the SSD month/year must be greater than the last SSD posted month/year stored on the reference file. The last SSD month/year posted will automatically be updated by the SSD report if the report mode is ‘F’
ESL QUARTER/YEAR
Required if ESL reports are requested. If the report mode is ‘R’ (reprint), then the ESL quarter/year must be less than or equal to the last ESL posted quarter/year specified on Reference File category M08. If the report mode is ‘F’ (final) or ‘D’ (draft), then the ESL quarter/year must be greater than the last ESL quarter/year posted on the reference file. The quarter must be equal to 1, 2, 3, or 4.
MODE
Required if reports are requested. Valid values are:
D - Draft. The Draft ESL or SSD report allows you to view all errors and then allows you to correct them in the online conversation before requesting a final report.
R - Reprint. The Reprint ESL or SSD report can be requested for any period that still exists on the ESL/SSD files.
F - Final. The Final ESL or SSD report can be requested for a specific company/location and period. This mode will update the corresponding last period posted on Reference File category M08. If any transaction contains a critical error, then the final post will not be performed. Instead, you have to request a draft listing errors and fix critical errors via the SSD Transaction Maintenance conversation before resubmitting the final report.
ACQUISITIONS/DISPATCHES/BOTH
Required if a SSD Report is requested. Two type of movements are listed on the SSD reports: Acquisitions and Dispatches. Valid values are:
A - Only acquisitions are listed on the report.
D - Only dispatches are listed on the report.
B - Both acquisitions and dispatches are listed on the report.
In final mode, this field must be ‘B’ (both).
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Submit the report request.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F4 - Used to list the valid values for the field prompted. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F16 - Allows you to route the report to a different printer.
