This screen is used to identify which transactions are to be displayed.
COMPANY
Required. This field is used to identify the company for which transactions will be displayed.
LOCATION
Required. This field is used to identify the location within a company for which transactions will be displayed.
ACCOUNT
Optional. This field is used to identify the account for which transactions will be displayed.
CENTER
Optional. This field is used to identify the center for which transactions will be displayed.
FROM FISCAL PERIOD
Optional. This field is used to identify the first fiscal period for which transactions will be displayed. Valid values are 01-12, if a 12-period year is used; or, 01-13, if a 13-period year is used.
FROM FISCAL YEAR
Optional. This field is used to identify the fiscal year for which the entered fiscal period applies. If the field is left blank, the current fiscal year is assumed.
TO FISCAL PERIOD
Optional. This field is used to identify the last fiscal period for which journals will be displayed. Valid values are 01-12 if a 12-period year is used or 01-13 if a 13-period year is used.
TO FISCAL YEAR
Optional. This field is used to identify the fiscal year for which the entered fiscal period applies. If the field is left blank, the current fiscal year is assumed.
FINANCIAL/STATISTICAL DATA
Required. This field determines whether financial (amount) or statistical (quantity) data will be displayed for the selected transactions. Valid values are 'F' and 'S'; the default value is 'F'.
SEQUENCE CODE
Required. This field determines whether the Account/ Center Master File will be read in account order or center order. Valid values are 'A' and 'C'; the default value is 'A'.
COMMAND KEYS
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
