The Journal Comments Inquiry screen is used to inquire upon comments that were written about the journal header or detail transactions. The detail transactions are distinguished by account/center.
COMPANY/LOCATION
Display only. This is the company/location that was displayed on the Header screen.
RECORD NUMBER
Display only. This field is displayed only for detail transactions. It refers to the journal transactions on the Detail screen.
JOURNAL
Display only. This is the journal number that was manually entered on the Header screen; assigned by the system; or assigned by the system with manual override.
PERIOD/YEAR
Display only. This field identifies the fiscal period/year of this transaction.
ACCOUNT/CENTER
Display only. This field refers to the General Ledger account/center to which this transaction will be posted.
COMMENT TEXT
Display only. This field displays information about the journal header or the detail transactions.
COMMAND KEYS
F3 - Exit program.
