Purpose

This report provides a complete listing of the contents of Account/Center Master File records selected for printing.

This report can be printed in either a 132- or 198-character-wide format.  The default entry on category 025 determines which format is chosen unless an exception record is set up.  To produce an exception record for this report, set up the following record on category 025 with the program name and desired printer attribute.

Control Totals

Control totals provide account balance totals and record counts for all accounts listed on the report.

The total balance of all budget amounts for all accounts listed for each period.

RETAINED EARNINGS

The total balance of the retained earning account for each period if it is listed.
