Trial Balance, General Ledger, and Transaction Reports
All transaction based reports in the General Ledger module are defined on the Transaction Report Specification File. All reports with the following columnar format are considered transaction reports.
Reports that fall into this category include trial balances, general ledger listings, and account summaries. These reports provide summarized or detail listings for ranges of accounts. They can be printed for a single fiscal period or a range of periods. These reports can be produced at any time during a fiscal period to provide an up-to-date listing of account activity.
