Update Project Accounting Transaction File

To copy journal line items from the Cumulative Transaction File to the Project Accounting Transaction File, perform the following procedures.

Select Project Accounting Maintenance

1.   Enter the Project Accounting Maintenance option on the GLMENU to submit a job to copy journal line items relating to projects from the Cumulative Transaction File to the Project Accounting Transaction File.  The job is held for later processing.  (See the Releasing Submitted Jobs topic in the Procedures section for more information on job scheduling.)

After this option is selected, the GLMENU is redisplayed.
