Mass Deleting Accounts

 

The Budget Master File should be reviewed and old records deleted periodically to free up system resources.  Budget Master File records should be purged when they are no longer required for report or inquiry processing.  Individual budget records can be deleted, or budget records can be mass deleted.  Mass deletion processing can be used to delete one budget record, a range of budget records, or an entire budget.
