Audit trails are kept of all maintenance made to the Budget Master File. The Budget Master File Audit Trail lists the before and after images of modified records. The workstation user, maintenance time, and date are also listed. The Budget Master File Mass Maintenance Report provides a listing of all mass maintenance requests.
