The field values shown are the ones that were entered when the request was submitted. You cannot change any of the displayed values. However, you can delete the request by pressing F14. Use F5 and F6 to view other transactions submitted by the same user ID.
PART NUMBER
Display only. This is the part number whose serial number transactions you wish to print. If the Request Code = 1, this field must be blank. If the Request Code = 2 or 3, this field must be a valid serial-controlled part from the Part Master File (DE100M).
SERIAL NUMBER
Display only. This is the serial number whose transactions you wish to print. If the Request Code = 1 or 2, this field must be blank. If the Request Code = 3, this field must be part of a valid part/serial number combination from the Serial Number History File (OP112AP).
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER
Display only. This is the customer whose serial number transactions you wish to print. If entered, this field must contain a valid customer from the Customer Master File.
COMPANY/LOCATION
Display only. This is the ship-to company's company/location.
REQUEST CODE
Display only. This is the type of report to be printed. Valid values are:
1 - All Parts
2 - All Serial Numbers for a Part
3 - Specific Serial Number for a Part
REQUESTOR
Display only. This field indicates who requested the report. It will be printed on the report.
COMMAND KEYS
F3 - Exit from this screen.
F5 - Display the previous transaction for this reference ID. This key is not valid if you are currently viewing the first transaction.
F6 - Display the next transaction for this reference ID. This key is not valid if your are currently viewing the last transaction.
F9 - Return to the transaction entry program. This key is displayed only when the Transaction Review program was called from within a conversation where batch transactions are entered.
F14 - Delete this transaction.
F21 - Display transactions entered by another user ID.
