This window allows you to determine which shipping paperwork is printed for selected order shipment(s) and to determine when the paperwork will be printed. The window is accessed from the Shipping Workbench Select screen and the Shipping Workbench BOL Edit screen.
PACKING LIST FLAG
Required. This field determines whether packing lists will be printed for the order shipments. Valid values are:
Y - Print packing lists
N - Do not print packing lists
PACKING LABELS FLAG
Required. This field determines whether packing labels will be printed for the order shipments. Valid values are:
Y - Print packing labels
N - Do not print packing labels
SHIPPING LABELS FLAG
Required. This field determines whether shipping labels will be printed for the order shipments. Valid values are:
Y - Print shipping labels
N - Do not print shipping labels
PAPERWORK RELEASE
Required. This field determines when the system will release the shipping paperwork for printing. Valid values are:
I - Release immediately
N - Wait for End-of-day processing
COMMAND KEYS
F3 - Exit the window without processing the entered data.
