This screen displays all the transactions for a part/serial number combination in reverse chronological order. It will be displayed if a line is selected from any of the list screens or if a valid Part/Serial Number/Ship-to Customer combination is entered on the Function Select screen (OP910S01).
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER/DESCRIPTION
Display only. This is the ship-to customer whose transactions are displayed. It is only displayed if a Ship-to Customer was entered on the Function Select screen (OP910S01).
COMPANY/LOCATION
Display only. This is the ship-to customer's company/location. It is only displayed if a Ship-to Customer was entered on the Function Select screen (OP910S01).
PART NUMBER/DESCRIPTION
Display only. This is the part number associated with the serial number displayed on the screen.
STOCKKEEPING UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. This is the stockkeeping unit of measure for the part displayed. It was retrieved from the Part Master File (DE100M).
SERIAL NUMBER
Display only. This is the serial number whose transactions are on the screen. It is associated with the displayed part.
STATUS
Display only. This is the last transaction for the serial number. It is not displayed if the Ship-to Customer is displayed on this screen. Valid values are:
SHIP - Shipment
RET - Return
CUTOFF DATE
Display only. This is the date you entered on the Function Select screen (OP910S01), if you left it blank it will not be displayed. Only transactions that occur on or after this date are displayed.
TRANSACTION DATE
Display only. This is the date that the displayed transactions occurred.
TRANSACTION TIME
Display only. This is the time that the displayed transactions occurred.
TRANSACTION
Display only. This is the type of transaction being displayed. Valid values are:
SHIP - Shipment
RET - Return
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. This is the company/warehouse where the displayed transaction occurred.
DOCUMENT TYPE
Display only. This is the type of document associated with the displayed transaction. Valid values are:
SO - Sales Order
IN - Invoice
CA - Cash Sale
DR - Debit Memo
CR - Credit Memo
RA - Return Authorization
DOCUMENT NUMBER
Display only. This is the document number associated with the displayed transaction.
LINE NUMBER
Display only. This is the line number on the document that is associated with the serial number's transaction.
LOT NUMBER
Display only. This is the lot where the part exists. It is only displayed if the part is lot controlled.
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER
Display only. This field is only displayed in a Ship-to Customer was not entered on the Function Select screen (OP960S01). It indicates the customer who has received or returned the serial number.
LOCATION
Display only. This is the ship-to customer's location. It is only displayed if a ship-to customer was entered on the Function Select screen (OP910S01).
COMMAND KEY
Enter - Return to the screen that called this one.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F8 - Return to the List screen that called this screen. This command key is displayed only if a serial number is not entered on the Function Select screen (OP910S01).
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen without processing the entered data.
