This screen displays all serial numbers for a specific part number. It can be called from the Function Select screen (OP910S01) if only the part is entered. It can also be called from the Detail screen (OP910S05) by pressing F8=Return to List.
PART NUMBER/DESCRIPTION
Display only. This is the part number whose associated serial numbers are displayed.
STOCKKEEPING UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. This is the stockkeeping unit of measure for the part displayed. It was retrieved from the Part Master File (DE100M).
SELECT
Optional. Enter an 'X' in this field to select the serial number whose history you wish to view. Several serial numbers can be selected at once.
SERIAL NUMBER
Display only. This is the serial number associated with the specified part.
PREVIOUS TRANSACTION
Display only. This is the last transaction for the part/serial number combination. Valid values are:
SHIP - Shipment
RET - Return
PREVIOUS TRANSACTION DATE
Display only. This is the last transaction date for the serial number.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. This is the company/warehouse where the displayed transaction occurred.
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER
Display only. This is the customer who has received or returned the serial number.
LOCATION
Display only. This is the ship-to customer's location.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process the selected fields or if no fields are selected return to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen without processing the entered data.
