The Sales Order Inquiry Recap screen provides a summary of the order.  It displays selected information from the header and detail lines of the sales order.

Release and detailed information for a specific line can be requested by entering an 'X' in the Select field to the left of a displayed line.  The Line/Release Detail screen (OP800S09) will be accessed.  You may also enter an 'S' in the Select field to access the Blanket Shipment Schedule Inquiry screen (OP800S08).  Entry of the Select or line fields is optional.  All other fields are display only.

COMPANY/WAREHOUSE

Display only.  The selling company and warehouse for the order.

CURRENCY

Display only.  The currency associated with the customer.  All prices are displayed in this currency.

ORDER NUMBER

Display only.  Provides unique identification for a sales order.

ORDER TYPE

Display only.  This field is used to display the type of order containing the line.

BILL-TO CUSTOMER NUMBER/CUSTOMER NAME

Display only.  The customer that will be billed for the order.  The open items associated with the order will appear on this customer's account.

ORDER STATUS

Display only.  This field displays the status of the order.  All order status codes and decodes are defined on the Reference File.

SHIP-TO CUSTOMER NUMBER/CUSTOMER NAME

Display only.  The customer to whom the goods for this sales order will be sent.

ORDERED-BY CUSTOMER NUMBER

Display only.  A memo field used to indicate the customer who placed the order.

HEADER ACTION CODE

Optional.  Enter a valid, two-digit code that corresponds to the window you want to display.  If you enter an action code in this field, a window will display for the order header.  If you wish to see a separate window for each line in the order, enter an action code in the Line Action Code field.  Windows are defined on Reference File category 032.  The default window (action code DF) contains all fields that can be displayed for that window.  Custom windows also use action codes.  Those windows contain one or more of the fields included on the default window.

LINE

Optional.  To view the Line/Release Detail screen for an order line, type the line number in this field and press Enter.  To view the comments for a line, type the number in this field and press F12.

STORE NUMBER

Display only.  This field is used to reference the ship-to customer's store number.  The value displayed here defaults from the number entered on the Customer Master file.  It can be overridden on the Sales Order Maintenance Header screen.

SELECT

Optional.  Used to select a line to display line/release detail, blanket order shipment schedule information, or options for the configured order.  Valid values are blanks, 'X', and 'S.'  If you don't select any of the lines and press Enter, you will return to the List of Orders screen.  If you enter an 'X' in the Select field and press Enter, the Line/Release Detail screen (OP800S09) will be displayed.  If you enter an 'S' in the Select field and press Enter, the Blanket Shipment Schedule Inquiry screen (OP800S08) will be displayed.  If you enter an 'X' in the Select field and press F14, then the configured options for the order will be displayed.  An asterisk appears in this field if any warning messages have been generated for the line.  The actual warning message can be viewed from the Line/Release Detail screen.

LINE NUMBER

Display only.  Used to identify the line number of the order.  The line number is an existing line number for the order.

LINE STATUS

Display only.  Used to display the life cycle status of the sales order line that is being displayed.  The line status can only be changed to a C (closed) in a change maintenance transaction.  The line status cannot be changed to a C if active releases exist for the line.  The default value is O (open).  A status of R (released) is displayed for lines that have had inventory released.   A status of T (partially shipped) is displayed for lines that have been partially shipped.

SHIP STATUS

Display only.  The code identifying the status of the shipment.  This code is defined on Reference File category G96.

PART NUMBER

Display only.  This field is used to display the item being sold.

DESCRIPTION

Display only.  The name of the part being sold.  If the part is configured, then the configuration code is displayed.

CONFIGURATION CODE

Display only.  This field is displayed if the part is a configured part.  It contains the 50-character configuration code.  If the part is not configured, the part description is displayed.

EXTENDED PRICE

Display only.  This field is the order quantity multiplied by the unit price.  The extended price cannot be negative, and it cannot change if the firm price code on the line record is 'Y' (yes).

ORDER QUANTITY/RELEASE QUANTITY

Display only.  Used to define the quantity requested for the part.  For a blanket order, this is the total quantity requested for the part.  The order quantity cannot be negative.

REQUESTED DOCK DATE

Display only.  Indicates the date that you must ship an order's goods so that they arrive at the customer's dock by the requested dock date.  This date, if entered, is used in calculating the required ship date.

ORIGINAL RESERVED QUANTITY

Display only.  If inquiring on a release, then this field is the quantity that was originally reserved to fill this release.

TOTAL RESERVED QUANTITY

Display only.  If inquiring on a parent order (release = 00), then this field is the sum of the reserved quantity of all releases for the order .

SHIP DATE

Display only.  This field displays the date when this order should be shipped to the customer.  This date is used for analysis of inventory availability in the Requirements Planning and Master Scheduling modules.

UNRESERVED QUANTITY

Display only.  If inquiring on a release, this field represents the quantity required to fill the order specific to the release being processed.  The unreserved quantity is displayed for blanket, standing, or regular orders which have not yet attempted to reserve inventory.  For example, if an order is on hold and thus the system has not attempted to reserve inventory for the order, the unreserved quantity will record the amount required to fill the order once it is released.

BACKORDER QUANTITY

Display only.  If inquiring on a release, this field represents the order quantity minus the reserved quantity.  The backorder quantity is displayed for regular orders, backorder releases and blanket releases.  This quantity is displayed in the order unit of measure.

BACKORDER PRIORITY

Display only.  Used to define the backorder priority, this is used to determine the order's priority when the Automatic Order Release program tries to reserve to the backordered sales order lines.

TOTAL BACKORDER QUANTITY

Display only.  If inquiring on a parent (release = 00), this field represents the total backorder quantity calculated for all existing releases of  the order.  Backorder quantity is the order quantity minus the reserved quantity.

TOTAL UNRESERVED QUANTITY

Display only.  If inquiring on a parent (release = 00), this field represents he total unreserved quantity of all existing releases for the order.  Total unreserved quantity is the difference between the original order quantity and the quantity that has been reserved to date to fill the order.

ORIGINAL SHIP

Display only.  If inquiring on a release, this field represents the quantity shipped for this release.

TOTAL SHIP

Display only.  If inquiring on a parent (release = 00), this field represents the total sales order line quantities that were shipped to the customer.

UNIT OF MEASURE

Display only.  This field displays the Unit of Measure associated with the order quantity.

WAREHOUSE

Display only.  This field displays the sourcing warehouse for the line order.

VENDOR ID

Display only.  This field displays the ID number of the vendor from which the line is being sourced.  It is used when sourcing a sales order from a remote site or vendor.

COMMAND KEYS

Enter - Display the screen from which this order was selected.  The next screen displayed may be the Function Select screen, the List of Orders screen, or the List of Order Lines screen.

F2    - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered.  Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen.  When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.

F3    - Exit the program and display the menu.

F4    - Used to list valid values for the field prompted.

F7    - Display the Sales Order Inquiry Header screen.

F8    - Return to the previous screen (List of Orders or List of Order Lines screen).

F9    - Transfer to the Sales Order Maintenance program.  If a Line Number has been entered, or if an order line has been selected with an X, the Order Number, Release Number, and Line Number are passed to the maintenance program.

F10   - Display the Sales Order Inquiry Function Select screen.

F12   - Display the Sales Order Inquiry Comments screen.  If an X has been entered in the Select field for a specific line, the detail for that line is displayed on the Line/Release Detail screen.

F14   - Display the user-defined order entry screen(s) for this part in order to view the options chosen for a configured order.  An 'X' must be entered on the order line, or a line number must be entered in the Line field in order to display the options associated with a particular line.

F18   - Call the M.O. Status Inquiry conversation.  A specific order line may be chosen for inquiry by entering an X next to the order line, or by entering a line number in the Line field.  Otherwise, the inquiry will be performed on the entire sales order.

F20   - Display the list of shipments for the selected order.

F24   - Display additional function keys.
