SOLINE - Order Line Window Help Text

 

 

The order line window is used to update sales order detail information.  The displayed data fully describes the order line, including price information and order level defaults that can be overridden.  Cost and availability information are displayed.  This window may be used in addition to the multi-line or single-line screen when extra item information is required.  The fields on this window are displayed in alphabetical order.

APPLY DISCOUNT FLAG

Optional.  Indicates whether discounts are allowed to be applied to the base price of  this order line.  This field defaults to Y-Yes, except for bundle parts or lines with the price code of 8-Gifts.  This field may be changed as long as the firm price flag is not equal to Y - Yes.  The valid values for this field are Y - Yes and N - No.

AVAILABLE QUANTITY

Display only.  This is the quantity of inventory available for this item at the sourcing warehouse, taking into account inventory reserved for filling sales, manufacturing, transfer, and Synchro orders and the quantity on backorder.  Available quantity is displayed in the order unit of measure. 

For relief code D, the available quantity equals the on-order quantity direct ship PO less the on-order quantity direct ship SO. 

For relief code M, the available quantity equals the on-hand manufacturing quantity (balances available for manufacturing) less the allocated quantity. 

The allocated quantity includes:

o  Quantity reserved for filling manufacturing orders, transfer orders, and sales orders (MFG). 

o  Quantity reserved for filling flow authorizations.  The system updates this quantity when an order shortage report is requested. 

o  Quantity reserved for filling Synchro offset releases and backlog.  The system takes this quantity into account only if the user sets the Synchro allocated quantity update flag to 'Yes' on Reference File category G26 (Synchro Batch Parameters). 

BACKORDER QUANTITY

Display only.  The backorder quantity is displayed for regular orders, backorder releases, and blanket release.  This quantity is displayed when inventory reservation is attempted but inventory is not available, or a partial shipment has been made and no subsequent release has been created.  The backorder quantity is calculated as the order quantity minus reserved quantity.  This quantity is displayed in the order unit of measure.

BASE PRICE

Display only.  Indicates the base price used for the part associated with the order line.  The base price can come from a contract, a price list, the Warehouse Balance file, or be manually entered.  This is the price of an item before any of the discounts are applied.  If discounts are used they are applied to the base price.

BLANKET RELEASE QUANTITY

Optional (for blanket orders).  Used to define the quantity that should be released for each release of the blanket order.  It is initially calculated as order quantity divided by the number of releases, but may be overridden.  This field is not relevant for orders that use a blanket schedule.

CARRIER

Required.  This field specifies the carrier used to ship the order.  The carrier defaults from the Customer Master File.  If entered, the carrier must exist on the Carrier Master File.

CASH DISCOUNT FLAG

Display only.  Indicates whether a cash discount was applied to the order line.  Valid values are Y-Yes a cash discount was applied or N-No cash discount was not used.  The cash discount percent is calculated using the value added tax amount and the net sales amount.

CITY TAX RATE

Display only.  Indicates the amount, by percentage, by which goods are taxed in a specific city.

CITY TAX RATE 2

Display only.  Indicates the amount, by percentage, by which goods are taxed in a specific city.  Only used when Vertex is installed.

COMMENTS FLAG

Required.  Must be Y (yes) or N (no).  This field is used to indicate if line comments are to be added/changed.

COMPANY/WAREHOUSE

Optional.  The selling company and warehouse combination for the order which was entered on the Function Select screen.

CONFIGURATION CODE

Display only.  This code identifies the options selected for a specific configured part.  It uniquely identifies the characteristics of the configured part.

CONTRACT DISCOUNT

Display only.  Indicates the contract discount amount applied to the order line.  This field is only displayed if contract discounting was performed on the line.

CONTRACT DISCOUNT PERCENT

Display only.  Indicates the discount percent associated with the Contract.  Contract terms can be changed in the Customer/Contract Price Maintenance conversation.  This field is only displayed if contract discounting was performed on the line.  The contract discount is always calculated on the base price.

COUNTY TAX RATE

Display only.  Indicates the amount, by percentage, by which goods are taxed in a specific county.

COUNTY TAX RATE 2

Display only.  Indicates the amount, by percentage, by which goods are taxed in a specific county.  Only used when Vertex is installed.

CUSTOMER DISCOUNT AMOUNT

Display only.  Indicates the discount amount associated with the customer discount.  This is calculated based on Reference File category G95.

CUSTOMER DISCOUNT PERCENT

Optional.  Indicates the customer discount percent applied to the order line.  If entered, it cannot be greater than the maximum discount limit on the Reference file.  This percentage will only be applied to the line if the Apply Discount Flag is set to Y - Yes, apply discount.  This cannot be changed if the Firm Price Flag is Y - Yes.

CUSTOMER EXPECTED PRICE

Optional.  Indicates the price the customer expects to pay for the item on the order line.  This field is not validated.  Typically, this field is populated on an EDI order.

CUSTOMER PURCHASE ORDER LINE

Optional.  Indicates the customer purchase order line associated with this sales order line.  This field is used for remotely sourced and EDI orders.

CUSTOMER PART

Optional.  The number the customer uses to refer to the item.  This field will be used as a default for the customer part number when you add an order line.

DISTRIBUTION QUANTITY

Display only.  Indicates the total discount quantity applied to the order line.

DISTRICT TAX RATE

Display only.  Indicates the amount, by percentage, by which goods are taxed in a specific county.

DISTRICT TAX RATE 2

Display only.  Indicates the amount, by percentage, by which goods are taxed in a specific district. Only used when Vertex is installed.

ENTERED PART

Display only.  Indicates the part number you originally entered in the part number field for this order line.  This number may not be the part number currently displayed.  You may enter an internal part number, customer part number, UPC code, or alternate part number in the part number field.  Once entered, the part number field will convert from the part number you entered to the internal part number.

EXPECTED RECEIPT DATE

Required.  Indicates the date that the customer can expect to receive the goods at their dock.  It will default to the promised ship date plus the external lead time.

EXTENDED COMMENTS PRINT CODE

Optional.  Indicates which documents will have the extended comments printed on them.  The print code must be entered if a predefined extended comment or free-form comment text is entered.  Print codes are defined on Reference File category 410.

EXTENDED COMMENTS

Optional.  Used to specify which extended, predefined comment is to be used with this order.  The comment code must have already been defined through the Extended Comments Maintenance conversation.

EXTENDED PRICE

Optional.  This field is the order quantity multiplied by the unit price.  The extended price cannot change if the firm price code is Y - Yes.

If the VAT or GST Included flag on the header is set Y - Yes, the price you enter in this field must include the VAT or GST.  Note that this only applies to VAT and GST environments.

If this line represents a gift (pricing code = 8) and VAT will be charged to the customer on gifts (as specified on the header), this field contains the value of the gift.  The system uses this value to calculate the VAT; it is not included in the sales total.  Currently, GST does not have 'GST on gifts'.

FILL CODE

Optional.  Used to define how to fill the order if an availability problem occurs.  Valid values for this field exist on Reference File category 417, but only 0, 1, and 2 have processing behind them.  The Fill Code may be left blank.  If blank, it is treated as a '0'.

0 - No Preference.  This means that the order will be treated as any normal order in the system.

1 - Ship Complete.  This fill code causes the order to be released to the warehouse only when all lines have been fully reserved.  This might be used when a customer would like the whole order shipped at the same time.

2 - No Backorders Allowed.  This fill code causes an order to be released to the warehouse as soon as inventory is reserved.  A Backorder Release cannot be created for this order.  Once the inventory reserved for this order is shipped, the order is closed.

FIRM PRICE FLAG

Required.  Used to identify if repricing will occur in subsequent sales order maintenance or shipping for this sales order line.  Valid values are:

Y - Repricing will not occur and changes to price values are not allowed.

N - Repricing will occur.

FIRM PROMISED SHIP DATE

Optional.  Used to indicate that the promised ship date is firmed on the sales order line.  This means it cannot be changed manually by the user or automatically by the system.  The default for this flag is N-No.

GROSS MARGIN PERCENT

Display only.  The Gross Margin Percent is used to see how much profit is generated from that line.  This value is calculated from the relationship of extended selling price to extended inventory cost.  The formula is: Gross Margin Percent = ((Total Sales minus Cost of Sales) divided by Total Sales)) * 100.

GST CODE

Optional.  Indicates the current and future tax rates as well as tax effectivity dates for this order line.  If this code is entered it must be a valid GST code from Reference File category 308.

HEADER DISCOUNT AMOUNT 1

Display only.  Indicates the discount amount associated with Header Discount Code 1.  This is calculated based on Reference File category G95.

HEADER DISCOUNT AMOUNT 2

Display only.  Indicates the discount amount associated with Header Discount Code 2.  This is calculated based on Reference File category G95.

HEADER DISCOUNT AMOUNT 3

Display only.  Indicates the discount amount associated with Header Discount Code 3.  This is calculated based on Reference File category G95.

HEADER DISCOUNT AMOUNT 4

Display only.  Indicates the discount amount associated with Header Discount Code 4.  This is calculated based on Reference File category G95.

HEADER DISCOUNT AMOUNT 5

Display only.  Indicates the discount amount associated with Header Discount Code 5.  This is calculated based on Reference File category G95.

HEADER DISCOUNT CODE 1

Display only.  Indicates the first header discount applied to the order.  This discount will only be applied to the order line if the Apply Discounts flag is set to Y-Yes, apply discounts.

HEADER DISCOUNT CODE 2

Display only.  Indicates the second header discount applied to the order.  If entered, must be a valid discount code from the Discount Master File.  This discount will only be applied to the order line if the Apply Discounts flag is set to Y-Yes, apply discounts.

HEADER DISCOUNT CODE 3

Display only.  Indicates the third header discount applied to the order.  This discount will only be applied to the order line if the Apply Discounts flag is set to Y-Yes, apply discounts.

HEADER DISCOUNT CODE 4

Display only.  Indicates the fourth header discount applied to the order.  This discount will only be applied to the order line if the Apply Discounts flag is set to Y-Yes, apply discounts.

HEADER DISCOUNT CODE 5

Display only.  Indicates the fifth header discount applied to the order.  This discount will only be applied to the order line if the Apply Discounts flag is set to Y-Yes, apply discounts.

HEADER DISCOUNT PERCENT 1

Display only.  Indicates the discount percent associated with Header Discount 1.  This percent can be changed in the Discount Maintenance conversation.  The percentage will only be applied to the line if the Apply Discounts Flag is set to Y - Yes, apply discounts.

HEADER DISCOUNT PERCENT 2

Display only.  Indicates the discount percent associated with Header Discount 2.  This percent can be changed in the Discount Maintenance conversation.  The percentage will only be applied to the line if the Apply Discounts Flag is set to Y - Yes, apply discounts.

HEADER DISCOUNT PERCENT 3

Display only.  Indicates the discount percent associated with Header Discount 3.  This percent can be changed in the Discount Maintenance conversation.  The percentage will only be applied to the line if the Apply Discounts Flag is set to Y - Yes, apply discounts.

HEADER DISCOUNT PERCENT 4

Display only.  Indicates the discount percent associated with Header Discount 4.  This percent can be changed in the Discount Maintenance conversation.  The percentage will only be applied to the line if the Apply Discounts Flag is set to Y - Yes, apply discounts.

HEADER DISCOUNT PERCENT 5

Display only.  Indicates the discount percent associated with Header Discount 5.  This percent can be changed in the Discount Maintenance conversation.  The percentage will only be applied to the line if the Apply Discounts Flag is set to Y - Yes, apply discounts.

JOB NUMBER

Display only.  The job number assigned to the sales order line.  This field will only be displayed if the Job Control module is installed.

LAST MAINTENANCE OPERATOR

Display only.  The operator/user who most recently maintained the order.  The creation operator/user is used if this field is blanks.

LINE NUMBER

Display only.  The line of the order being maintained.

LINE DISCOUNT AMOUNT

Display only.  Indicates the line discount amount applied to the order line.  This is calculated based on Reference File category G95 or it is a set amount that has been defined for the Line Discount Code on the Discount Master file.

LINE DISCOUNT PERCENT

Display only.  Indicates the discount percent associated with the Line Discount.  This percent can be changed in the Discount Maintenance conversation.  This percentage will only be applied to the line if the Apply Discount Flag is set to Y - Yes, apply discounts.

LINE STATUS

Required.  Used to display the life cycle status of the sales order line that is being added or maintained.  On the Line Detail screen this field can only be changed to C (closed) When the line status is changed to closed, the subsequent release quantity must be zero.

LOAD NUMBER

Optional.  This field is used to assign the order to a load.  If entered, the load number must exist on the Load Master File, and the carrier, ship via, and route for the load must be the same as the carrier, ship via, and route defined for the order.

NEXT ACTION CODE

Optional.  Enter a valid, two-digit code that corresponds to the window you want to display.  Windows are defined on Reference File category 032.  The default window (action code DF) contains all fields that can be displayed for that window.  Custom windows also use action codes.  Those windows contain one or more of the fields included on the default window.

ON ORDER QUANTITY

Display only.  This is the quantity of this item currently on order for the sourcing warehouse; for example, outstanding purchase orders for the item.  This quantity is displayed in the order unit of measure. 

ORDER NUMBER

Display only.  The number of the sales order being maintained.

ORDER QUANTITY

Required.  Used to define the quantity requested for the part.  For a blanket order, this is the total quantity requested for the part.  The order quantity must be entered unless the part is a reference part.  The order quantity cannot be negative.

ORDER UNIT OF MEASURE

Optional.  Used to define the unit of measure associated with the order quantity.  If not entered, the order unit of measure defaults to the selling unit of measure for the part.

ORIGINAL PROMISED DATE

Optional.  This is a memo field to contain the original promised ship date for historical purposes.  It is originally populated by the system with the original promised ship date of the order, but it can be manually overwritten.

ORIGINAL SHIPMENT QUANTITY

Display only.  This is the amount shipped against this line on the parent order.

OUTSOURCED PURCHASE ORDER

Display only.  Indicates whether a customer purchase order is associated with this sales order.  Contains the purchase order number associated with the sales order.

OUTSOURCED PURCHASE ORDER LINE

Display only.  Indicates whether a customer purchase order line is associated with this sales order line.  Contains the purchase order line associated with the sales order.

PART DESCRIPTION

Required.  These fields are used only to change part descriptions for nonstandard parts.

PART MESSAGE

Optional.  This field is used to associate a message to the item being ordered.  It defaults to the part message entered on the Part Master File (DE100M).  This default can be changed.  If a part message code is entered, the appropriate part message description will be displayed.

PART NUMBER

Display only.  The part number of the order line.

PART TYPE

Display only.  The part type of the item being ordered on this line.  All part types are valid except planning and non-stock.

PLANNED/UNPLANNED FLAG

Required.  Used to indicate whether this order is to be netted with any existing forecast for the related period.  The netting is performed as part of the Master Schedule generation.  Valid values are:

U - Unplanned, The order will be added to the total demand within the Master Schedule generation. 

P - Planned, The order will be netted with any forecast in the Master Schedule generation. 

PLANT

Display only.  Indicates the plant associated with the selling company/warehouse for this order.

PRICE CODE

Optional.  The price code is used in calculating the unit price if the unit price is not entered.  The price code must exist on Reference File category 415.  Once a pricing method is established, prices will be recalculated only if the price code is '9' (for contract pricing) or if it is changed to either '9', 'A', '6', or blanks.  It cannot be changed if the Firm Price flag is set to Y - Yes.  Must be '6' (manual) or '8' (gift) in Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST) environments where VAT or GST is included in the price.  Optional in all other circumstances.  If the order uses price list pricing, this field will be set to 'A' (price list). 

PRICING DATE

Required.  Indicates the date the order line was priced.  The Line Pricing Date defaults from the order header.  It cannot be changed if the Firm Price Flag is set to Y - Yes.

PRICE LIST CODE

Optional.  Indicates the price list or price list template, if one was used, for the order line.  The line was only priced using the Price List if the Price Code is set to A - Price List Pricing.  The price list defaults from the customer.  It is defaulted from the Ship-to Customer; or if it is blanks then from the Bill-to Customer.  If no default is found in either customer, it will default from templates using Reference File category G86.  The Price List cannot be changed if the Firm Price Flag is set to Y - Yes.

PRICE UNIT OF MEASURE

Optional.  This is the unit of measure associated with the unit price.  It cannot be changed if the Firm Price Flag is Y - Yes.  If the price is determined by the Expert Configurator module, the field defaults to the price unit of measure on the part's sourcing warehouse balance record and cannot be changed.  If you are not  using pricing rules from the Expert Configurator, the unit of measure must be the same as the stockkeeping, selling, or purchasing units of measure from the Part Master file or is must be the same as the pricing unit of measure on the Warehouse Balance file.

PROMISED SHIP DATE

Required.  Used to define the date when goods should be shipped to the customer.  This date is also used for analysis of inventory availability in the Requirements Planning and Master Scheduling modules.

REASON CODE

Optional.  Used to define why the order line was closed.  Must exist on Reference File category G94.

RELEASED QUANTITY

Display only.  The total quantity released for the shipment. 

RELIEF CODE

Required.  Used to identify whether the order will be filled from a manufacturing balance or a distribution balance.  Must be one of the following:

M - Manufacturing balance

D - Distribution balance. 

For a distribution warehouse, this field must be D.  For a manufacturing warehouse, the value defaults from the Warehouse Description File (IC170M).  This default can be changed until a sales order line is added After that, this field is no longer maintainable.  You must use a relief code D if you want to reserve lots for the order or ship direct. 

REQUESTED DOCK DATE

Optional. Indicates the date the customer wants the goods to arrive on their dock.  If entered, this date must be greater than or equal to the order date.  This date, if entered, is used in calculating the required ship date.

REQUIRED SHIP DATE

Optional.  Indicates the date that you must ship an order's goods so that they arrive at the customer's dock by the requested dock date.  If a requested dock date is entered, the required ship date is calculated by subtracting the external lead time from the requested dock date.  If the requested dock date is blank, the required ship date is calculated by adding the internal lead time to the current date.  You decide which internal and external lead time to use on Reference File category 412.

REQUISITION NUMBER

Display only (for remotely sourced sales order lines).  Indicates the purchase requisition number associated with this order line.  This field provides information about the requisition that was created to source this line from the vendor displayed above. 

RESERVED QUANTITY

Optional.  This is the quantity that will be reserved for the order.  This is the reserved or release quantity.  For a warehouse ship order line, this amount is allocated from inventory.  For a direct ship order line, this field should equal the line order quantity, but inventory is not affected.

ROUTE

Required.  This field specifies the route used to ship the order.  The route must exist on Reference File category 320.

SALESPERSON 1 and SALESPERSON 2

Salesperson 1 is required; Salesperson 2 is optional.  Associates salesperson(s) with the order line.  The description for this code will be printed on order paperwork.  Codes must be defined on Reference File category 315.  In the Sales Analysis module, this order will be included into the statistics for Salesperson 1.  These fields default from the salespersons entered on header screen (which default from the bill-to customer's Customer Master File record).

SHIP FROM GEOCODE

Required.  Indicates the contract acceptance where the product was delivered from.  This field is displayed only if Vertex and US Taxes are used.

SHIP FROM INDICATOR

Required.  Designates whether the customer’s address is within the city limits. Displayed only if Vertex and US taxes are used.

SHIP VIA CODE

Required.  Used to define the method for shipping the order.  The description associated with this code will be printed on order paperwork.  The code must be defined on Reference File category 319.

SHIPMENT TYPE

Optional.  This field indicates the way the sales order line will be shipped.  Valid ship types are defined on Reference File category 450.  The default value for this field is taken the value entered on the multi-line screen.  If a shipment type was not entered on the multi-line 15  screen, the value of this field is determined by availability checking/inventory reservation.  This field must be 'W' of the order is configured or if the part is lot assignable, bundled or if the relief code is 'M'.  Valid values are:

W - Warehouse ship

D - Direct ship

Note that the shipment type is defined at line level.  This means that the value on the header may be different from the value associated with each line; and that the line level definition of shipment type overrides that of the header (if they are different).

SHIPMENT TERMS

Required.  Used to define delivery terms for the sales order.  The description associated with this code will be printed on order paperwork.  The code must be defined on Reference File category 321. 

STATE TAX RATE

Display only.  Indicates the amount, by percentage, by which goods are taxed in a specific county.

SUBSEQUENT RELEASE QUANTITY

Display only.  The total quantity that has been released since the original shipment.

SUBSEQUENT SHIP QUANTITY

Display only.  The total quantity of all shipments that have been sent for this order line since the original shipment. 

SUBSTITUTE ITEM

Display only.  Indicates the name of an item that can be substituted for the internal part number.  Substitute items are maintained in the Related Item Maintenance conversation.

TAXABLE FLAG

Required.  Indicates if this order line is taxable.  Valid values are Y-Yes and N-No.  This field is only valid in U.S. tax and GST tax environments; it is not displayed in VAT environments.

If Vertex and U.S. tax are used and the tax Calculation flag in Sales Order Maintenance is set to N (no), this field defaults to N (no).  Also when Vertex and U.S. taxes are used,  modification of this flag does not affect taxation of this item.

TRANSACTION SUBTYPE

Required.  Indicates the transaction subtype type that Vertex uses to calculates taxes.  Valid values are on Reference File category I82.

TRANSACTION TYPE

Required.  Indicates the transaction type that Vertex use to calculates taxes.  Valid values are on Reference File category I81.

UNIT COST

Optional.  This field is used to define the unit cost of reference or nonstandard items, or of items on a direct ship sales order.  This field defaults from the Warehouse Balance File.  For parts that use configuration costing, the field will be re-calculated by the manufacturing configuration off-line job that creates the corresponding manufacturing order.

UNIT PRICE

Optional.  Used to define the unit price of each part.  The unit price cannot be changed if the firm price code is Y - Yes.  The unit price cannot be negative.  The unit price is the base price minus all discount amounts applied to the sales order line.

If the VAT or GST Included flag on the header is set to Y - Yes, the price you enter in this field must include the VAT or GST.  Note that this applies only to VAT and GST environments.

If this line represents a gift (pricing code = 8) and VAT will be charged to the customer on gifts (as specified on the header), this field contains the value of the gift.  The system uses this value to calculate the VAT; it is not included in the sales total.  Currently, GST does not have a 'GST on gifts'.

UNRESERVED QUANTITY

Display only.  The unreserved quantity is displayed if inventory reservation has not yet been attempted (such as orders on hold, or blanket orders for which subsequent releases have not yet been created  This quantity is displayed in the order unit of measure.

VAT CODE

Optional.  This field designates the VAT code for the order line.  The system applies the VAT code to order lines whose home/export flag is 'H' (home).  The system uses the VAT rate associated with the VAT code on the line.  If you enter a code in this field with an exonerated or suspended VAT status, you must enter an authorization number on the header window.  NOTE: only exonerated is valid in a GST environment.

VAT ON GIFTS

Optional.  This field indicates whether VAT will be calculated for the gift line or no charge item (price code = 8).  If a Part S.O. Message is entered, then this value will default from Reference File category M10 if a record exists.  Otherwise, this value will default from the Sales Order Header window.

VAT RATE

Optional.  This field designates the VAT rate for the order line.  The system applies the VAT rate to order lines whose home/export flag is 'H' (home).  The system uses the VAT rate associated with the VAT code on the line.

VAT SURCHARGE CODE

Display only.  This field displays the VAT surcharge code that was used on the order line.  The VAT surcharge code is associated with a VAT code and is used to retrieve the VAT surcharge rate information.

VAT SURCHARGE RATE

Display only.  This field displays the VAT surcharge rate for the order line.  The rate of this tax is dependent upon the VAT rate applied to the item.

VENDOR ID

Display only.  This field displays the ID number of the vendor from which the line is being sourced.  It is used when sourcing a sales order from a remote site or vendor. 

VOLUME DISCOUNT AMOUNT

Display only.  Indicates the amount of the volume discount.  Volume discounts can be based one of four things:  total units sold, total sales amount, total weight for the sale, or total volume for the sale.  This is calculated on the base price minus all other discount amounts.

VOLUME DISCOUNT CODE

Display only.  Indicates the volume discount applied to the order line.  This discount will only be applied to the order line if the Apply Discounts flag is set to Y-Yes, apply discounts.

VOLUME DISCOUNT BASED

Display only.  Indicates the basis of the volume discount.  Volume discounts can be based one of four things:  total units sold, total sales amount, total weight for the sale, or total volume for the sale.  The volume discount calculation basis is defined the Discount Master file.  Valid values are defined on Reference File category G87.

VOLUME DISCOUNT PERCENT

Display only.  Indicates the discount percent associated with the Volume Discount.  This percent can be changed in the Discount Maintenance conversation.  This percentage will only be applied to the line if the Apply Discount Flag is set to Y - Yes, apply discounts.

WAREHOUSE

Optional.  This field indicates the sourcing warehouse for the line.

COMMAND KEYS

F3    - Exit program without processing the entered data.

F4    - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned.  If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.

F15   - Clear all fields that you have just entered in order to enter new data.
