This screen allows you to view detail information about price lists.  The price lists displayed on this screen are listed in part number sequence.

PRICE LIST

Display only.  Identifies the price list you entered on the select screen.

AS OF DATE

Display only.  Indicates the as of date that you entered on the Function Select screen.  If you are adding a price list and an as of date was not entered on the Function Select screen, it will default to today's date.  This field is used as a horizon date; if entered, the screen only displays price list lines that are effective on or after the specified date.  This feature is useful if you have a part which is listed multiple times on the price list each with a different base price and effectivity date.

FUTURE PRICES

Display only.  Indicates whether or not you wish to include price lists with validity dates that are valid from the as of date forward.  The default value is Y (yes, include future dates).

PART NUMBER/DESCRIPTION

Display only.  Indicates the part number associated with the price list that you entered on the select screen.  If entered, the part must be active on the Part Master File.

HEADER STATUS

Display only.  Indicates the status of the entire price list that you entered on the select screen.  Possible values are active and inactive.  When entered, the price list's status automatically defaults to active.  If you deactivate the price list, this field will display inactive.

PRICE BREAK FLAG

Display only.  Indicates whether or not price breaks there are price breaks associated with this line.  This field defaults to Y.

CURRENCY

Display only.  Indicates the currency associated with this price list that you entered on the select screen.  This field is only displayed in multi-currency environments.

LINE STATUS

Display only.  Indicates the status of the part/price line that you entered on the select screen.  Valid values are defined on Reference File category G70.

SELECT

Optional.  Enter an X in this field if you wish to select a price list for further inquiry.

PART NUMBER/DESCRIPTION

Display only.  Indicates the part number associated with the price list.

BASE PRICE

Display only.  Indicates the base price associated with the part.  This value of this field overrides the part's base price (as defined in the Warehouse Balance File).  This means that any discounts that apply to an order using this price list will deduct the discount amount from this base price rather than the part's warehouse balance price.

START DATE

Display only.  Indicates the date this line becomes effective.

PRICE LIST UNIT OF MEASURE

Display only.  Indicates the unit of measure used specifically for this price list.  Valid units of measure are defined on Reference File category 005.  Note that this unit of measure is only applicable as it relates to the unit base price entered for the part.  The price list unit of measure is not the same as the pricing unit of measure, which is used on sales orders.

LINE STATUS

Display only.  Indicates the status of the part/price line.  Valid values are defined on Reference File category G70.  As lines are added to the price list, they automatically have a status of active.

PRICE LIST/DESCRIPTION

Display only.  Identifies the price list you are currently viewing.

HEADER STATUS

Display only.  Indicates the status of the entire price list that you entered on the select screen.  Possible values are active and inactive.  When entered, the price list's status automatically defaults to active.  If you deactivate the price list, this field will display inactive.

PRICE GROUP

Display only.  Indicates the price group for which you wish to make mass changes.  This field is used as selection criteria to determine the scope of the changes being made.  If entered, the part must be valid on Reference File category G68.  If you make changes to a price group, all parts that belong to the specified price group on the Part Master file will be changed.
