This window lists valid values for the order shipment line number field on the application program screen. You may scroll through the list and select a line to be returned to the application program, or exit the window by pressing F3-Exit.
To select a line, type an 'X' in the Select field of the desired line. A line may also be selected through the use of the "sticky cursor" feature: if the Enter key is pressed and an 'X' is not entered in any of the Select fields, the line where the cursor is positioned will be selected and returned to the application program.
To see detailed information for an order shipment line, enter a 'D' in the Select field and press Enter.
If you need further explanation for a field, press F1.
POSITION TO
The Position To field is used to re-display the list beginning with the value entered. When the list is re-displayed, you may scroll down to select a line. The lines before the beginning value may be displayed by entering a new value in the Position To field.
SELECT
Optional. To select an order shipment line, type an 'X' in the Select field. To see detailed information for the line, type a 'D' in the Select field.
ORDER SHIPMENT NUMBER
Display only. This field identifies the order shipment. The order shipment number consists of the sales order number, the sales order release number, and the shipment number.
ORDER SHIPMENT LINE NUMBER
Display only. This field identifies the order shipment line and corresponds to the sales order line number assigned to the shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT LINE STATUS
Display only. This field indicates the status of the order shipment line. Valid values on Reference File category G96 are:
O - Open
R - Ready for release
C - Confirmed
X - Partially shipped
S - Shipped
K - Canceled
PART NUMBER
Display only. This field specifies the part number of the order shipment line.
ORDER QUANTITY
Display only. This field defines the quantity requested for the part.
STATUS QUANTITY
Display only. This field displays a quantity based on the quantity type related to the Order Shipment Line Status. The following quantities may be displayed:
Reserved quantity - if the Order Shipment Line Status is R, O, or K.
Actual shipped quantity - if the Order Shipment Line Status is S.
Picked quantity - if the Order Shipment Line Status is C or X.
ORDER UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. This field defines the unit of measure associated with the order quantity.
SCHEDULED SHIP DATE
Display only. This field specifies the scheduled ship date for the order shipment line.
COMMAND KEYS
F3 - Exit the program and return to application screen.
F10 - Display the Order Shipment List Criteria Select screen.
