This window lists valid values for the order shipment number field on the application program screen. You may scroll through the list and select a line to be returned to the application program, or exit the window by pressing F3-Exit.
To select a line, type an 'X' in the Select field of the desired line. A line may also be selected through the use of the "sticky cursor" feature: if the Enter key is pressed and an 'X' is not entered in any of the Select fields, the line where the cursor is positioned will be selected and returned to the application program.
To see detailed information for an order shipment, including shipment picker lines, enter a 'D' in the Select field and press Enter.
If you need further explanation for a field, press F1.
POSITION TO
The Position To field is used to re-display the list beginning with the value entered. When the list is re-displayed, you may scroll down to select a line. The lines before the beginning value may be displayed by entering a new value in the Position To field.
SELECT
Optional. To select an order shipment, type an 'X' in the Select field. To see detailed information for the shipment, type a 'D' in the Select field.
ORDER SHIPMENT NUMBER
Display only. This field identifies the order shipment. The order shipment number consists of the sales order number, the sales order release number, and the shipment number.
COMPANY
Display only. This field identifies the sourcing company for the order shipment.
WAREHOUSE
Display only. This field identifies the sourcing warehouse for the order shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT STATUS
Display only. This field identifies the order shipment status for the shipment. Valid values are defined on Reference File category G96.
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER
Display only. This field identifies the ship-to customer for the order shipment.
BILL OF LADING NUMBER
Display only. This field specifies the bill of lading to which the order shipment is assigned.
LOAD NUMBER
Display only. This field identifies the load to which the order shipment is assigned.
CARRIER
Display only. This field defines the carrier used for shipping the order shipment.
SCHEDULED SHIP DATE
Display only. This field displays the shipment date for the line being shipped. If the line is not yet shipped, this field displays the scheduled ship date; otherwise, the actual ship date is shown.
COMMAND KEYS
F3 - Exit the program and return to application screen.
F10 - Display the Order Shipment List Criteria Select screen.
