This screen displays the lots that are reserved for the order or, if the line has been shipped, displays the lots that were shipped for the order.
This screen is available only for those items identified on the Part Master File as 'lot assignable'. It can be accessed from the Sales Order Inquiry conversation by entering an action code of 'LT' in the Action Code field on the Line/Release Detail screen (OP800S09).
From this screen, two Quality Control information screens can be accessed:
o If you press F7, you will go to the Customer/Item Relationship Inquiry Function Select screen (OP210S01). If you press Enter from this screen, the Detail screen (OP210S02) will display the quality control specification requirements associated with the customer.
o If you select a lot and press F14, you will be able to view the Quality Control Specifications screen (IC155S01) in inquiry mode.
COMPANY
Display only. The company where the displayed lots are located.
WAREHOUSE
Display only. The warehouse where the displayed lots and lot quantities are located.
ORDER NUMBER
Display only. Displays the order number for which the information on the screen is shown.
ORDER TYPE
Display only. Indicates whether the order is a regular customer order, a blanket order, a backorder release, or a standing order. Order type codes are defined on Reference File category 401.
BILL-TO CUSTOMER NUMBER/CUSTOMER NAME
Display only. The customer that will be billed for the order. The open items associated with the order will appear on this customer's account.
ORDER STATUS
Display only. Shows the current status of the order on the screen.
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER NUMBER/CUSTOMER NAME
Display only. The customer to whom the goods for this sales order will be sent.
LINE NUMBER
Display only. Shows the line number of the order for which the current information on the screen is displayed.
ORDER QUANTITY
Display only. Displays the total number of parts needed for this line of the order.
PART NUMBER/PART DESCRIPTION
Display only. Shows the item number as entered on the Function Select screen or as selected from the item search list, along with the corresponding description for this item number.
RESERVED QUANTITY
Display only. Displays the number of parts already reserved in stock for this line of the order.
BACKORDER QUANTITY
Display only. Displays the number of parts on back order needed to fill this line of the order.
ORDER UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. Shows the units of measure that were used by the customer when placing this order.
CUSTOMER QUALITY CONTROL SPECIFICATIONS
Display only. Shows the first three QC specifications with their corresponding values as listed by the customer. If no customer was entered on the select screen and none was selected through a customer search, these fields will remain blank.
COMMENTS
Display only. Displays any additional comments about the specified customer's requirements of the item. This field will not appear unless a customer was specified.
SELECT
Optional. Used to select a particular lot in order to see a full listing of the QC specs for that lot. The only valid value for this field is an 'X'. After selecting the lot, the user can see the QC specs for that lot by pressing F14.
LOT NUMBER
Display only. Shows the number by which each lot of the specified item is identified.
RESERVED QUANTITY
Display only. The number of parts already reserved from this lot for this line of the order.
ORDER UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. Shows the units of measure that were used by the customer when reserving parts from this lot for this line of the order.
SHIPPED QUANTITY
Display only. Displays the number of parts already shipped from this lot for this line of the order.
SHIPPING UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. The units of measure that were used by the company when shipping parts from this lot for this line of the order.
QUALITY CONTROL SPECIFICATIONS
Display only. The first three QC specs for the item, along with the corresponding values for each of the lots.
BALANCE TYPE
Display only. The balance type in which the lot quantity is held.
STOCK LOCATION
Display only. The location within the company/warehouse where this lot can be found.
LOT COMMENT
Display only. Displays any additional information about the particular lot.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the previous screen.
F6 - Display the comment for each of the displayed lots.
F6 - Display a detailed list of the QC specification codes, descriptions, and values as listed by the customer.
F7 - Enter the Customer Quality Control Inquiry Program.
F14 - Display the Quantity Control Specifications screen (IC155S01). This allows you to view a detailed listing of the QC specifications, descriptions, and corresponding values for the selected lot.
