This window lists valid values for the load number field on the application program screen. You may scroll through the list and select a line to be returned to the application program, or exit the window by pressing F3-Exit.
To select a line, type an 'X' in the Select field of the desired line. A line may also be selected through the use of the "sticky cursor" feature: if the Enter key is pressed and an 'X' is not entered in any of the Select fields, the line where the cursor is positioned will be selected and returned to the application program.
If you need further explanation for a field, press F3 to exit the window, move the cursor to the desired field, and press F1.
POSITION TO
The Position To field is used to re-display the list beginning with the value entered. When the list is re-displayed, you may scroll down to select a line. The lines before the beginning value may be displayed by entering a new value in the Position To field.
SELECT
Optional. To select a load, type an 'X' in the Select field.
LOAD NUMBER
Display only. This field is a unique number that identifies a load to which order shipments are assigned.
DESCRIPTION
Display only. This field is used to describe the load that is defined by the load number.
LOAD STATUS
Display only. This field identifies if the load is active or inactive. Valid values are:
Blank -- Active load
* -- Inactive load
ONE-TIME LOAD
Display only. This field identifies if the load number is used just once or re-used for many shipment dates. Valid values are Y (yes) or N (no).
SCHEDULED SHIP DATE
Display only. This field defines the date on which the load will be shipped if it is a one-time load.
CARRIER
Display only. This field defines the carrier used for shipping the load.
SHIP VIA
Display only. This field defines the shipping method used for shipping the load.
ROUTE
Display only. This field defines the route used for shipping the load.
